Cold Wraps
Tortilla with hummus, cheese, and vegetables. No cooking needed.
Per person per day. Assemble morning of.
Ingredients
- 3 (195g, 2 him + 1 her)Flour tortillas
- 100g (60g him + 40g her)Hummus
- 70g (40g him + 30g her)Norvegia (sliced)
- 110g (60g him + 50g her)Cucumber
- 110g (60g him + 50g her)Bell pepper
- 55g (30g him + 25g her)Lettuce
Instructions
- Spread hummus on tortilla(s).
- Layer cheese slices, cucumber sticks, bell pepper strips, lettuce.
- Roll tightly, cut in half. Wrap in foil or cling film for transport.
