Rice + Bean Box
Pre-cooked rice, canned beans, salsa, cheese. Microwave at work.
Per person per day. Prep the night before or morning of.
Ingredients
- 170g (100g him + 70g her)Basmati rice (dry)
- 270g (150g him + 120g her)Kidney beans (canned, drained)
- 90g (50g him + 40g her)Salsa
- 55g (30g him + 25g her)Norvegia (grated)
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package. Let cool slightly.
- Drain and rinse beans.
- Layer in container: rice, beans, salsa, cheese on top.
- Refrigerate overnight. Microwave at work ~2 min.
